Hypnosis is first and foremost an encounter and as such the practitioner's approach is of paramount importance. The approach I propose is structured around four essential principles.
A practice dedicated to managing stress, anxiety, and limiting beliefs
The support addresses issues that are familiar to me given my life journey and practice, and that affect an increasing number of people on a daily basis. These issues particularly concern the inner dialogue and the limiting reflexes that we tend to develop in this frantic world where there is so little space to refocus and gain perspective.
A bespoke approach: The technique adapts to you, not the other way around.
I adapt my practice to your personality, taking into account the context and the nature of your issue. By leveraging the various techniques of hypnosis, we can work together in the most appropriate way for you.
A clear positioning
The hypnotic support I propose involves using hypnosis under a well-being and personal development approach. It is not of a medical nature. In this respect, hypnotic support in no way replaces medications, medical appointments, and medical follow-up.
A caring and solution-oriented approach
Corollary to the positioning, the support through hypnosis focuses on the "how" rather than the "why." In order to help you feel better and go further in your daily life and life projects, deep listening, absence of judgment, and my total commitment are guaranteed.
Don't hesitate to read the section detailing the support's operating framework. My practice complies with the Deontology Charter of the Unitary Union of Hypnosis Professionals (SUP-H), of which I am a member.
